The Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing, voted best spa and best massage in Pittsburgh, is hiring a part-time Wellness Concierge!

Hours and availability: We strive to foster a balance of consistency and flexibility with our team. In order to achieve this we are looking for someone who is available to work weekends and has the ability to be flexible with day and evening hours to help accommodate for shared time off and vacations.

The Wellness Concierge is an essential role within the business. They are someone who is upbeat and professional with an eye for details and the oversight to maintain the seamless flow of the day. They can successfully balance the multiple roles necessary for productivity for themselves and the therapists at PCCHH, while supporting the business owner with creative projects as they arise. She/he is responsible for day-to-day front desk and spa activities ensuring that clients are experiencing excellence from the moment they book a treatment through the time that they leave. The Wellness Concierge is in direct communication with the owner and must have great communication skills.

An ideal candidate has; a background of experience in the spa / massage / wellness industry, the ability to learn and retain information quickly, excellent computer skills, a history of customer service experience, and is capable of multitasking with ease in a calm and cheerful manor.

Summary of Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Include, but are Not Limited to the Following:

• Offer exceptional, high-end customer service by scheduling, re-booking, selling gift certificates, taking payment, selling products, answering phone calls and educating clients on the benefits of our services, products, and general information

• Participate in general day-to-day teamwork

• Social Media & periodic client emails

• Balance the cash register and make bank deposits

• Filing & data entry

• Maintain the details of a peaceful, beautiful and clean environment to set the space for health and wellness. Including housekeeping of: entrance, waiting area, treatment rooms, staff area and restroom.

• Assisting with inventory
