Two different opportunities for roofers and carpenters.
1 - Tear off crews needed to tear off 3-tab single layer shingles, repair what minor damage is needed and reapply
decking board to surface, then roll out ISO water shield on decking.
A 4-5 man crew can do 20-25 squares / day
Starts @ $60 / square -- negotiable upon experience
2 - Crews needed to install Garland style metal roofing following the tear off crews. This is standing seam metal
that "snaps" together, not mechanical, very easy to work with. The spans are approximately 19' pre-cut.
A 4-5 man crew can do 25-35 squares / day
Starts @ $70 / square -- negotiable upon experience
* This is a long term position, at least 1 year.
* This is on a military base, you will need to be vetted with a background check, not a drug test but background
check so no felonies within the past 10 years.
* Housing can be provided or negotiated depending on price per square.
* All dump bins are on site and provided, no dump fees, not even dump trailers needed.
* The only tools you need are what you would take up on the roof, which are a 4-5 pitch.
