State Inspection Mechanic

About the Position:
Russell's Auto Sales LLC is expanding and seeking a Pennsylvania State Safety certified mechanic to join our team. This position focuses on performing PA safety inspections and related repairs primarily on trailers and commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform Pennsylvania state safety inspections on trailers and vehicles
Complete necessary repairs to bring vehicles into compliance with PA safety standards
Diagnose and repair 12V DC electrical systems, including lighting and wiring
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Perform general maintenance and repair work as needed
Requirements:
Valid Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection certification (required)
Mid-level experience with vehicle inspections and repairs
Proficiency in 12V DC wiring repair and diagnostics
Strong attention to detail and understanding of PA safety regulations
Must have own hand tools (specialized tools provided)
CDL license is a plus
