Turner412 is hiring a full-time handyman to help with commercial and residential maintenance and repairs across the greater Pittsburgh area.
About the Job:
This is a steady, 1099, full-time position handling general home repairs and upkeep. Work includes things like patching drywall, fixing doors, replacing fixtures, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other small household fixes. You don’t need to be a licensed plumber or electrician — just a well-rounded, dependable handyman who knows how to get things done.
Responsibilities:
General commercial and residential maintenance and repairs.
Service calls around Pittsburgh surrounding areas.
Preventive maintenance and touch-ups.
Using your own tools and vehicle to get to job sites.
Requirements:
Experience with general handyman/repair work.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Driver’s license.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
We Provide:
Pay: Pay per job. Bi-weekly based on experience. 1099 for 90 days, Option to W2 after 90 days
Gas reimbursement.
Optional weekend work if you want extra hours.
