Do you have machine operating experience? If so we are now hiring ASIA Operators for the Glaminate Department in Washington New Jersey. This is a temp to hire position. You must be able to work the 7 pm to 7 am shift.Pay is $19.27 an hour. Client offers an excellent Life to Work balance with a swing shift , were you will work 14 to 15 days a month but full time hours.Responsibilities:1. Start and Stop the AISA 240 and TEXA Auto Packer2. Ensure machines have adequate raw materials on line3. Resolve all technical matters within the scope of the training provided4. Understanding the 5 different faults that require clearing and resetting the AISA 240 5. Clearing a door fault6. Clear jams and start/ stop auto packer as required 7. Proper understanding of referencing or sequencing the AISA 8. Clearly understand all of the safety procedures for safe operation of equipment 9. Proper identification of tube defects 10. Assist in investigation of any Quality complaints11. Follow appropriate line clearance procedures12. Accurately set and adjust the machine in accordance with designated parameters13. Maintain good housekeeping. 14. Assist in line preps as per prep team instruction15. Must be able to read and understand pack specificationsWorking hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMSkills:1 -Prior Machine operating experience 2.- Good math skills3.- Basic mechanical aptitude4.- Positive work ethic5.- ISO9001, Lean Six Sigma, KaizenEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:1. High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience2 Hand tools experience.
