At Shea Shea Bakery (sheamakery.com) we create bath and body products including but not limited to, body butters, lotions, cleansers, and have expanded our artistic interpretations into candle-making. Our packaging is designed to mimic the realism of actual food and desserts. We pride ourselves on creating a perfect product that feels homemade but is on par with commercial quality. This is a team-based job where we all must work together. The atmosphere is casual and inviting and our new team member must contribute to making it a great place to work. We are hiring for 3 positions as listing below:
Skincare Team Member:
You will learn how to create our bath and body products, package them in their respective containers and label them to prep for packaging and shipping. You will work with raw materials such as Shea Butter, Liquid Soap, Herbs and Essential Oils and the like. Each team member is expected to keep their area clean and tidy and work in a productive manner to complete the required amount of work allotted for each shift.
Candle-Maker:
You will be required to make candles that will involve working with wax, colorant and fragrance among other things. Our candles are different from the norm but you will be taught how to create them to our standards. Some prior experience in candle or soap making is a plus. If you have experience baking or cake decorating you can easily excel at this position!
Packaging & Shipping: Accuracy is essential. As one of the most important roles in the Bakery, packaging an item efficiently to protect each product in an order is a must, in order for the products to survive the rough journey through shipping carriers and reach the customer successfully. You will be responsible for the products packaged in each order, the manner in which they are prepared for shipment. You will check the quantity on a customer's invoice, fold boxes, label and prepare orders for shipment.

REQUIREMENTS-
Must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance.

Salary: $10.00-$12.00 /hour
