William Penn Agency Insurance of Easton, PA is seeking a full-time Agent Support Professional.
WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE? Supporting our staff of insurance professionals with document management, incoming and outgoing phone calls, servicing existing policies, participating in marketing events, helping attract and retain new clients.
WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF THE JOB? Helping people both your fellow insurance professionals and clients. The insurance business is all about serving your fellow person by protecting all that is important to them their car, house, boat, financial future, pet, life.
WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS WILLIAM PENN AGENCY INSURANCE? We've been in business for nearly 7 years. The owner, who also resides in Easton, has 23 years of experience across three of the nation's largest insurance companies in two states. WHAT DO I NEED TO OFFER? Experience within an office setting helpful, but not necessary. Willingness to obtain insurance license immediately upon hire. Excellent organizational, telephone, and people skills. Insurance industry experience or interest a plus. Ability to turn an annoyed customer into a happy one.
