We are looking for an honest and hardworking individual to work alongside a property management company to maintain and renovate apartments. Tasks include, replacing outlets/switches, wall repairs, paint, toilets, faucets etc. We are able to train those who are mechanically inclined, basic tools required and valid drivers license. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing management company, hours will vary depending on skill set.
