Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. is opening a Customer Contact Center in Wyomissing, PA (Spring Ridge Business Center).
We will be hiring:
Part Time Customer Care Representatives (multiple positions)
Primary role is to be the initial contact (via phone) with customers regarding product & services.
Full Time Contact Center Leads (limited)
Primary focus will be to supervisor the Customer Care Agents
