LTL Consultants is seeking qualified applicants for a full time position with benefits to perform building inspections and building permit plan reviews for municipal clients. Residential UCC certifications are required. Commercial certifications and zoning officer experience are a plus. Our clients are located in southeastern and central Pennsylvania and our office is located in the Village of Oley. Candidates must have experience with building permit plan reviews, building permit inspections and enforcement proceedings. Excellent writing and computer skills are required. Communication skills are required to interact with permit applicants, building contractors and the general public. We provide our staff with a casual yet professional work environment. The position includes a mix of office and field work. Willingness to assist property owners, architects and contractors with the steps to achieve reasonable building code compliance is needed.
