The HIV Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will work as the medication management specialist in the Center for Public Health. The Center for Public Health is the onlyprovider of HIV care services federally designated for both Berks and Schuylkill counties in Pennsylvania and serves almost 1,000 people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA) annually. This position will be integral to the continued well being of our patients.
