oori is a new restaurant opening in December and our goal is to serve an amazing, memorable meal.
We plan to be very busy so it will be a fast paced work environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. We pride ourselves on a positive work environment despite the intense nature of the industry.
Line cooks one of the most important roles in the restaurant team which is why we pay between $14 and $17 to start.
Responsibilities include:
+ Pre shift mis en place
+ Daily shift prep
+ Line cook for lunch and dinner
+ Maintaining a clean work station
+ Safely handling sharp knives and other kitchen tools
+ Communicating with other staff and chef's
+ Sweeping, mopping and other closing tasks per station
