Seeking CNA/Home Health Aide/Personal Caregiver (Male and Female) to work with Intellectual disability people in their own home (one on one). Responsibilities may vary, depending on need. Transporting Individual (company vehicle on-site), Plan/participate community activities, Assist with life/independent living skills, Documenting records (Medication Log, progress notes, activity log).
(FULL TIME 1ST/2ND/OVERNIGHT/WEEKEND SHIFTS)
(PART-TIME 12 HR WEEKEND SHIFTS)
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED REQUIRED
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
ABILITY TO CONVEY, UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW SPOKEN/WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH
