We are looking for an experienced medical assistant to join our team full-time.
We travel to multiple locations throughout the week. It is imperative you have a good working car and are able to drive to each location.
General Clinic Hours are 9a-5p
Mondays and Wednesday : Wyomissing, PA
Tuesdays ( Biweekly ) : Allentown, PA
Tuesday ( once a month ) : South Philadelphia, PA
Thursday : South Philadelphia, PA
Friday ( once a month ) : North East Philadelphia, PA
Duties include :
- Patient Intake
- Recording vitals and medical history
- Assisting with procedures
- Scheduling follow ups with patients
- Scanning documents into patient digital charts
- Prepping exam and procedure rooms
- Keeping exam rooms clean and stocked
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A fluent understanding of computers & technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service
- Able to work as a team and in a fast pace
Requirements
- Certified medical assistant or with experience greater than 2 years
- Bilingual : English and Spanish
- Must have a car in good condition and able to drive long distances
- Reliable and on time
