College Student, we will work around your schedule for school and studying. We run a few local businesses and manage rental properties. The job description includes: Property maintenance, run here/run there, pick up and drop off supplies, inventory, minor repairs, little clean up, talk to customers, etc. We will train someone who is ambitious and wants to work. Good pay to start, and the more you learn, we will pay you more. Approximately 20/25 hours a week or more. Must have drivers license and car. We compensate very well if you use your car.
