Property Maintenance Job
Responsibilities are going to be divided between 3 properties.
Light construction (drywall, cement repair, troubleshooting leaks, roofing, plumbing etc), snow removal with snowblower and shovel,
landscape work, outdoor lighting, etc
I have a few properties which need constant attention. I do much of the work, but I'm looking for someone to assist me in some endeavors such as moving furniture from time to time, and to complete the property tasks as listed above.
Good wages for right person. Must have knowledge in these general areas of property upkeep
