Are you tired of having to market and sale your painting business? Do you want booked painting jobs handed right to you? Would you like to work representing a painting company with a reputable name, and great customers? Well look no further. I am looking for a few select subcontractors to team up with me and my company as I am in expansion mode. If you service the Lancaster County or surrounding areas I would love to hear from you.
Who I am Looking for:
- If you take pride in doing quality work (quality is much more important than years of experience)
- If you are happy following a simple painting process (We are promising our clients this process. Theres nothing unusual about it but there cant be any corners cut)
- If you are reliable and treat homeowners with respect
- If you would like to work with a painting company that pays better than most BECAUSE we value quality work, quality people, and a great client experience over anything else.
- You must have all the necessary tools for exterior and interior repaint jobs. (transportation, sprayers, ladders, etc)
- You MUST have General Liability insurance (no exceptions), PA Contractors License and Workers Comp for any employees. Please do not respond if you dont have all of these.
- You and your crew will always show up on time, look presentable (I can provide shirts) Your vehicles may not advertise or promote any other company
Payment will always be on a per project basis, and will be agreed upon before we schedule the job with you. We will always provide clean and exact details about each project including photos and specific job instructions.
You will be paid immediately after weve done a satisfactory walk-through.
