Our business is growing and we are looking to fill multiple entry and skilled production openings with room to develop into more advanced roles over time. We are currently in need of workers to assemble roof and floor trusses, operate saws, and forklifts. To be an employee at S.R. Sloan, Inc. you must be a hardworking and a reliable person who has a proven track record of excellent attendance and a good work ethic. Job duties for this position may include runing a component saw, placing cut lumber and connector plates in position on assembly tables, hammering plates, stacking and banding complete trusses, catching sawn lumber off of the saw, and forklifting trusses or lumber onto and off trucks.

Hours:
7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, and may need to work some ½ days on Saturdays. (Up to 60 hour weeks)
OR
1:30pm to 12:00am Monday - Thursday, four 10 hour shifts, May need to work some overtime on Friday.
Pay
$14.00 Per hour and up based on experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Physically capable of handling 2x4 to 2x10 lumber up to 16’ long
Comfortable working at a fast pace
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Capability to get to work on time, everyday
Ability to pass a background check & drug test

Salary:
Day Shift - $14.00 /hour and up based on Experience
Night Shift - $15.00/hour and up based on Experience
