Property Manager-Wyomissing & Elizabethtown
Looking for an experienced Property Managers who will be responsible for the successful day to day administrative and maintenance operations of the property as well as delivery of excellent customer service to its residents and future residents. The Property Manager will work directly with vendors, maintenance staff, leasing consultant and administrative staff. The location of the properties will be in the Wyomissing/Reading/Elizabethtown area.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect rent and maintain collections according to MMG policy.
Manage leasing and renewal activities for residential apartments.
Schedule and show apartments as needed; run credit and background checks on potential residents.
Manage resident move-in/move-out process.
Prepare legal notices and recommend and coordinate legal action when necessary.
Maintain positive customer relations with current and prospective residents.
Enforce lease and other government rules and regulations, including Fair Housing Laws, building safety, health codes and local ordinances.
Develop and maintain positive relations with residents, contractors, local community and group or associations.
Resolve day-to-day resident issues and concerns.
Communicate important information to residents with well written and professional notices.
Utilize property management software to improve processes and procedures to ensure optimum efficiency levels.
Carry out other duties assigned by Regional Property Manager and MMG management.
