Qualified title candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration.Title Processor Job Description:Assist the team with new applications for refinances and purchasesOrder tax certifications, payoffs and other items required to complete the file for closingFollow up on all requested documents up to the point of closingInforms all partners of any missing items or problems relevant to closingFacilitates deposits any funds required by buyers and sellers of each escrow within 24 hours of receiptAssist the Closing Coordinator with scheduling closingsSupport Settlement Officers with obtaining a clear to close status from the lenderPrint mortgage packages for closingsTitle Processor Requirements:Minimum of two (2) years of title experience is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer.
