Robert E. Little, Inc. is family owned and operated and has been selling, servicing and supplying John Deere and related products to our customers for over 70 years. We have store locations in Downingtown, Zieglerville, Hatboro, Silverdale and Pottstown.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: To provide Customer Service activities working directly with customers on sales for lawn and garden tractor parts and accessories, maximizing meeting our customer's needs and satisfaction. Efficiently assisting in parts and sales operations to actively provide product support services for our customer's needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Waiting on customers, in person and on the phone
Look up parts
Complete and print parts invoices
Finalize transactions using the credit card machine and cash register
To assist with whole goods sales as needed
Develop sales/gross profits/merchandising showroom retail space
Assist in inventory control
Stocking of inventory as needed
SKILLS:
Ability to read and write legibly
Detail oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer skills required – ability to use standard desktop applications (and easily adaptable to new and/or changes) such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet functions
Able to multi-task and continue to provide a high level of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
