Seeking a maintenance technician with experience in all trades. Certificates/License preferred but not required.
Knowledge of repairing appliances is a plus!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and plan resolutions.
Coordinate with outside vendors for large installs and complex repairs.
Overhaul and repair existing equipment where possible.
Document repair actions and turn logs into management on a daily basis.
Maintain supplies to affect common repairs and order new stock as needed.
Perform flooring inside apartments to repair damage and update facilities.
Repair apartment facades and interior spaces.
Answer service calls during and after business hours.
Calibrate temperature and equipment settings to optimize performance.
Respond to service calls for facility equipment in tenant spaces.
Diagnose malfunctions and schedule repairs or replacements.
Answer tenant questions regarding maintenance and repairs.
Complete all paperwork and job logs on time.
Follow company standard operation procedures and applicable regulations consistently.
