Kelly Services is seeking a Remote Data Solutions Coach for one of our top clients Hershey, PA.

Length: 01/03/2022 to 07/01/2022

Type: Contract W2-NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

Pay Rate: $negotiable/hr. (W2)

Location: Remote. Must work on Eastern Standard Time.

Job Description:
The Data Solutions Coach is responsible for our business and IS stakeholders training around data capabilities. This role will identify training needs based on the data capabilities delivered by the agile team on which they serve and create and maintain a robust curriculum for both new and existing team members. The Data Solutions Coach with develop and/or assist with updating all training materials (i.e., procedures, policies, troubleshooting documents), maintain the training library, and conduct and/or coordinate training classes. The goal of this important role through these efforts is to ensure full value capture from Hershey's data capabilities through ongoing education of our team members.

This role requires corporate training experience, change management knowledge, creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating, and driving execution, and communicating to senior leaders on status, risks, and process/communication changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and written communication skills are essential.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify training audiences and define purpose, goals, and objectives for each course in the curriculum
  • Design and plan content, assignments, and assessments for each course
  • Manage incoming training requests, and prioritization and inclusion into standard curriculum
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining training material/libraries for all stakeholders
  • Develop and/or update course content
  • Implement/deliver/coordinate course content to audiences
  • Evaluate the success of the training process and course outcomes, leveraging stakeholder feedback and personal insights to drive ongoing training improvements
  • Secure stakeholder buy-in and alignment throughout all stages of the training process
  • Coordinate training curriculum, and delivery timing with other agile teams and business activities
  • Lead communications to drive awareness of training curriculum, and resources
  • In partnership with the agile team, align training, and capability deliverable timeframes
  • Using best practice guidance from Enterprise Data leadership, oversee the health and evolution of agile execution team training deliverables

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's - minimum requirement
  • Master's degree preferred in business, education, training, or a related field


Experience:
  • 1-3+ years' experience developing and facilitating training programs
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience handling learning programs including planning, scheduling, delivery, and communication
  • Experience handling onboarding programs
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent training initiatives and drive them to completion
  • Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience in coaching, providing feedback, and motivating team members
  • Experience delivering training curriculum, both written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience/knowledge of agile frameworks a plus
