Ace Handyman Services of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service and Scheduling Dispatcher for our Wyoming office. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules of active jobs, new jobs
Educating our customers on our service and pricing their projects
Preform paperwork, administrative duties, following office procedures
Coordinate with Craftsmen and Homeowners
Answer the phone within 3 rings
Review dispatched information and driving times for Craftsmen
The employee will report directly to Owner
Assist Owner, Field Supervisor and Craftsmen
Track jobs, monitor jobs, invoicing
Must be able to work shift on consistent and ongoing basis
Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Computer literate (Outlook Email, Word, Excel); scheduling software a plus
Candidate MUST have Customer Service and inbound sales experience
Must possess ability to multi-task, work in a very fast paced environment, have a high sense of urgency and be coachable
TEAM player who can work independently
Be able to build rapport over the phone with homeowners, craftsmen, independent contractors
The ability to think outside the box and problem solve
Excellent communication and organizational skills both verbal and written
Previous construction industry experience a HUGE plus but not required
Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm, accurately
