We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Transportation Truckload Customer Service Representative.
Needed Skills:
Ability to use and learn Transportation Management Systems.
Knowledge of the Truckload Transportation Industry.
Ability to communicate effectively as part of an operational team.
Excellent Organizational Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills (Phone & Written).
Ability to utilize multiple customer's logistics and scheduling systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Basic knowledge of the maps and and northeast Cities and States.
