WE NEED A LANDSCAPER AND GRASS CUTTER. This ad is for grass-cutting and landscaping work for our customers (with long-term projects available through winter if you know other trades or can provide other contracting services). We have a sufficient number of customers and locations where you could easily remain busy for 30-60 hours per week.
HOW WILL YOU BE COMPENSATED? We track hours at locations and allocate $14.00 an hour STARTING rate of compensation. Existing landscaping, grass-cutting, and mulching experience, or other knowledge are all a plus. You are allowed to choose your own hours and even your own plan, but we are counting on someone who is reliable and efficient or otherwise we reserve the right to stop supplying opportunities to you.
HOW SOON CAN YOU START? We are looking for someone who is available immediately (or within 2 weeks).
WHAT'S EXPECTED? You must be capable of working independently (by yourself). You must have a driver's license and a vehicle. We can provide mower, trimmer, edger, and weed-whacker. You must have a method of transporting a lawn mower, a weed-whacker, and a hedge-trimmer from location to location. The majority of our work is in the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre area - with a few outliers in Factoryville, Harford, and Tobyhanna. Most customers are in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area; if you have objections to driving to these areas, then, unfortunately, we would not be able to work together.
We have a list of customer addresses, and we require before/after photos for each customer's file to track progress. You must have a reliable cell phone capable of taking and sending photos and potentially using GPS navigation to plan your routes to each job site.
