Matheson, a leading manufacturer, processor, retail sales and distributor of welding gases and supplies has the following opportunity available at our Mountain Top, PA facility.Site Services Level I TechnicianOverviewCommitment:To implement, execute and then meet and exceed expectations of the Matheson Tri-Gas on-site service team's operational responsibility of providing site services to the customer's specialty gases/chemicals, gas/chemical delivery equipment and purification needs.Job Description:Tests and repair specialty gas/chemical delivery systems utilized by semiconductor production equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 0-2 years' experience in the field or related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the semiconductor industry. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
