STORE STAFFING COORDINATOR

Typical Responsibilities
Data entry, tracking and checking accuracy on excel or other identified internal systems
Coordination with stores on hourly staffing and making adjustments as needed, ensuring staffing is aligned to payroll for the week
Manages sample process for marketing and advertising submissions
Communicate with stores when needed

Report tracking or creation
Supports ad hoc analysis as needed
Review invoices for compliance and provide information as needed
Requirements are met prior to forwarding to Accounting for entry. Audit capital invoice
Documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Manages sample process for marketing and advertising submissions
Updating promotional calendar as needed
Acts as primary point of contact on operational topics with vendor (e.g., order tracking)
Communicate with stores/merchants when needed
Qualifications:
Completes assigned task thoroughly, accurately and on a timely basis.
Pays attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Adapts easily to changes in workload and assignment
Exhibits proper phone etiquette; communicates in a professional and courteous manner
Additional Requirements:
Completed Secondary Education (Degree or Diploma)
1-2 years data entry and reporting experience in an administrator role
Strong computer skills - preferably MS Word and Excel
Analytical intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables)
Ability to learn new systems
