Position Details:
Candidate should have the following :
CompTIA A+ certification
2+ years in a service desk role, preferably in an MSP environment
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
1+ year Mac OS experience
Mobile device experience, including iOS and Android
Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and TakeControl
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Review infrastructure system alerts and corresponding tickets
Associate degree preferred
