Trinity Staffing Inc is hiring Quality Control Technicians
Candidate must have experience in Quality Control and Associates Degree in Science.
Responsibilities:
-Check production batches making adjustments when necessary to bring batch to specifications.
-Perform testing such as weight and color matching
-Maintain retain area in neat, clean an organized manner
-Record quality data for batches
-Complete batch sheets to record any adjustments to the formula and type and quantity of packaged material to be recorded by inventory control
-Check incoming raw materials
-Review Certificate of Analysis on all raw materials to ensure products are to spec
-Report discrepancies to Quality Coordinator
-Work with manufacturing on solving problems with off spec batches
-Tint custom color orders
Assist R&D Chemists on new product development, raw material testing, competitive product testing
Must pass background requirements and drug screen
