Technical Skills:
Java and Related Technologies:
oJava/Object Oriented Experience
oAPI/REST Microservices
oCloud AWS services (DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, EC2, EBS, EMR, ECS, Fargate, etc.)
oTest Automation and testing frameworks (Feature Files, Junit, PACT Testing, Security Tests, CYARA)
Some specific experience / specialty knowledge is requested for 1 or more of the 4 spots.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
Genesys Pure Cloud Technologies (Architect tool)
Amazon Lex Other Competencies:
6 -8 years developer or systems analyst experience
Strong, demonstrated analysis, design, and problem solving skills
Strong planning and organizational skill
Strong written and oral communication skills
