Assuming successful performance of duties, the assistantship will continue in Spring 2020. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project leader and systems administrator to update and enhance usability of our web site and increase our social media presence; organize and categorize SITE’s online tools & resources files. Most work will happen within our content management system and social media accounts. Required Qualifications: Basic experience with HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript, mobile and responsive web design, and Adobe Creative Suite and interest in developing more advanced skills; experience and knowledge of effective use of social media to reach our constituents; strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills; and status as a doctoral student who has completed all coursework and will have passed all aspects of the comprehensive exams before hire date. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience in one or more course formats in any discipline; and experience working in a collaborative environment to think through processes and working methods.
