Title: Product Owner
Position Type: Contract 6 Months.
Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA, United States

Description:

  • As a Product Owner within the Foundational Platforms group you will:
  • Own the CTO Product Catalog and Product Management Portal (both new products)
  • Create and drive key product artifacts such as vision, value proposition, roadmap, and metrics
  • Be responsible for outcomes and benefits realization
  • Influence and work with various business and IT stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Translate business requirements from stakeholders and/or a prototype
  • Ensure product meets the needs of the business stakeholders
  • Close the product learning loop by actively gathering and validating customer feedback, usage and needs and managing a prioritized product backlog
  • Plan and manage product market engagement, rollout, and adoption strategies
  • Work with the team in required agile ceremonies
  • Define and drive adoption of the most valuable solutions (both customer facing & "behind the scene" platform enhancements)
  • Create product deliverables (e.g., epics, stories, requirements, testing, etc.)
  • Manage escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Identify potential new opportunities

What we need:
  • 5+ years Product Management experience especially:
  • Leadership with proven ability to independently drive product management principles and lead customer-centric software development teams
  • Vision and Leadership
  • Value Proposition definition with deep understanding of ROIs definition and value driven development of solutions
  • Product road-mapping, backlog, and lifecycle management
  • Business process modelling
  • Focus on defining value, measuring results, marketing success
  • Experience from working in agile environment understanding of MVP and build-measure-learn concept and principles
  • Proven success in delivering user facing products and services
  • Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with driving digital products from concept through to launch and beyond
  • Passion for great UX, product design, usability assessments
  • Ability to balance business and user needs while taking into account technical limitations
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and simultaneously managing multiple stakeholders and products
