Senior Level analytical Supply Chain Professional with field service and IT equipment configuration experience to perform complex analysis required to perform demand planning, establish inventory positioning plans and identify contact spares planning support costs.

• Analyze and define inventory and support parameters to support maintenance agreements based on financial constraints and support methodologies.
• Satisfy customer maintenance requirements and consistently exceed inventory goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost avoidance by assuring accuracy of emergency orders.
• Plan and manage inventory of IT parts to support maintenance service contracts for US customers.
• Review support plans to reduce unnecessary inventory growth.
• Interface with product managers to guarantee parts availability at contract initiation.
• Interface with professional and technical personnel at various levels of the corporate structure.
• Develop product templates to identify product family support costs
• Monitor warranty and repair purchase orders to contain inventory costs.

• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and Access
• Ability to establish Excel pivot tables
• Five to ten years Supply Chain experience
• Independent worker who thrives in a fast pace environment
