The James V. Brown Library needs customer-oriented, energetic, and computer-literate Public Service Assistants. Half-time, 20 hours per week. Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Help Desk Assistants assist library patrons, answer telephones and direct calls, and promote the use of the library through friendly, efficient, and effective interactions. Must be able to work evening and weekend hours. Must also be willing to train and certify as a U.S. Passport Acceptance Agent. This is an entry level position.
