Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven spirit for the company. A key priority includes assisting the GM in the daily operation of the restaurant. Under the direction of the GM, this position will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, cash control, restaurant appearance and completing daily paperwork. Candidates should be able to strategically recruit, train and develop a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. The AM should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals, upholding daily operations and most importantly, create a fun and energized environment!

Key focus areas include:

Customer Service

Assures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers, responds to customer complaints and solicits customer feedback and input. Regularly coaches team to provide and maintain a consistent high level of customer service.

Operations: Strive to be the best in the Brand!

Keep Restaurant in compliance with all Brand standards.

Maintain and ensure a safe clean work environment.

Pass all internal operations training and paperwork audit.

Ensure all brand sponsored inspections are at or above brand standards.

Provide superior customer service to all of our guests.

Analyze results and trends to prepare action plans, leverage the store's strengths and address areas of opportunity.
