In search of a part-time real estate assistant, leasing agent for a local rental real estate company located in the Williamsport, PA.
Job Duties:
⢠Greeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours.
⢠Daily follow up on all prospects.
⢠Processing lease applications and qualifying residents.
⢠Answering phones and performing other administrative tasks.
⢠Assisting in resolving resident concerns and issues.
⢠Optional: cleaning and painting
Qualifications:
⢠Customer service and goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail.
