In search of a part-time real estate assistant, leasing agent for a local rental real estate company located in the Williamsport, PA.
Job Duties:
Greeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours.
Daily follow up on all prospects.
Processing lease applications and qualifying residents.
Answering phones and performing other administrative tasks.
Assisting in resolving resident concerns and issues.
Occasional cleaning and painting
Qualifications:
Customer service and goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail.
