Cream of the Crop Transportation, LLC is in need of a few good lease owner operators in our open deck division, and we could use a few independents to help us with freight in our brokerage division as well.
Lease contractors must have a good MVR, clean work history and no CSA issues, minimum 25 years old and 3 years recent experience.
We have a rapidly expanding base of direct freight opportunities, and you would be free to build the kind of operation you desire, short-haul, regional and long haul or any mix thereof. You would have full control of your operation within the restraints of legal compliance. Exempt trucks are acceptable providing they are DOT compliant and meet the requirements of our insurance company.
We pay 87-90% of the gross revenue and offer fuel cards that average 40 cents per gallon discount at TA/Petro/Flying J/Pilot.
Rental trailers are usually available if needed.
