The responsibilities & duties :
Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
Maintain patient stability : monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
