RG GroupActive - Part-time Regular part-timeYork, PA, US This is a part-time position and not eligible for benefitsPosition Summary: As a member of the Sales Executive team, you will be responsible for energetically and enthusiastically developing new customers and markets, meeting customer needs for technical products, services, and solutions through commercial transactions. You are the face-to-the-customer of RG Group and are the visual brand that carries and communicates the technical brand. All leads will be provided and all quoting and ordering activities to be completed by customer service. Travel is not required!Activities engaged by members of the Sales Executive team include proactively prospecting for leads and new potential customers. After initial contact the sales executive will establish rapport, build trust, and engage potential customers through conversation, confidently presenting our capabilities and competencies to generate sales opportunities for the company that leads to new long-term clients and year-over-year profitable growth in the following areas: Distribution: Selling across the linecard components to end-users, machine builders and OEM's Distribution Plus: Selling value added engineering or other services to augment a component sale Systems: Bundling products and services into a system that meets the customer's unique needs or challengesEssential Functions of Sales Executive: Selling components, services, and systems Identify & build sales pipeline through qualifying leads, prospecting, and penetrating new and existing accounts Collaborate with sales colleagues, field sales, vendor partners and marketing personnel to identify, develop & build sales pipeline Drive product/service revenue and achieve/exceed sales goals Conducts proactive telephone sales calls to prospects and customers provided through marketing campaign activities and leads Responsible for qualification and establishment of new customer accounts Performs all sales related activities in Microsoft CRM Performs any other sales related duties as assigned by sales leadershipKnowledge, Skills and Abilities of Sales Executive: Organized with effective communication skills, both written and verbal Professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions Effective listening skills Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills required Able to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and goal setting skills Able to manage multiple tasks and foster sales growth Independently motivated to perform job responsibilities and create scheduleswith minimal supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and OutlookEnvironment: Office environment Minimal travel required, primarily for vendor trainingsEducation & Experience: 4 year degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 10+ years previous technical sales experience or some combination of bothRG Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPI186249018
