Due to recent expansion, Stratosphere Quality is looking to hire part-time/on-call Quality Inspectors to perform sorting and inspection work for our customer, located in the York, PA area. Currently, Stratosphere Quality is the leading provider of premium quality inspection and sorting services throughout North America. Our current customers range from the East Coast to the West Coast and every state in between.
No prior inspection/sorting experience is required, however, priority will be given to candidates who have previous experience doing this type of work. The basic requirements include having the ability to stand throughout the duration of the shift. You must also have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the course of the shift and be able to meet our background check requirements as well as pass a drug test. Basic math skills are needed and candidates who have prior experience using calipers and micrometers may also be given priority consideration for employment.
The work week will run from Monday to Saturday with three shifts daily.
1st shift = 6 am to 2:30 pm; 2nd shift = 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm; 3rd shift = 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
We can fill Full-time positions, but we are currently able to offer varying amounts of flexibility if you are not seeking full time employment.
