General building and property maintenance:
We are currently looking for hard-working and ambitious people looking to pursue a career in Building and property maintenance. We service multiple commercial and residential properties.
Must have:
-reliable transportation.
-reliable communication.
-Basic hand tools.
-legible handwriting.
-positive attitude.
Must be:
-dependable each day.
-reliable for 24 hour seven day a week maintenance emergencies.
-able to pass drug and background check.
-willing to work with others as well as Independently.
-Able to work overtime when called upon.
-able to work extended hours when emergencies arise.
-Able to work a flexible schedule tailored around our customers needs.
Able to keep an organized inventory of Air Filter's parts and materials.
-Comfortable working on ladders.
-able to use power tools.
-Good communication and organization skills
