Hanover Country Club in Abbottstown, PA is looking for employees to work on the golf course maintenance staff. This is a manual labor position which requires a lot of walking and applicants are required to perform physical duties in an outdoor environment in all types of weather. We are looking for part time, and seasonal employees to perform the many tasks related to golf course maintenance. Full-time positions are available for applicants that show they have the work ethic and skills required to maintain the golf course to country club standards. Jobs consist of, but are not limited to, mowing greens and tees, mowing fairways, bunker raking, string trimming, leaf blowing, edging, etc. You must have reliable transportation both to and from work. Tardiness is not acceptable. In-season typical hours are from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, but hours are very flexible within that timeframe. This can be quite appealing to retirees.
