Work included is everything in landscaping & lawn care. In the beginning, employee will primarily be helping to string trim & clean up while mowing is being done. When mowing agreements are complete, employee will be needed for other projects (mulch, hedge trimming, brush removal jobs, aerating/overseeding jobs, etc). The goal is for the employee to be promoted and to be able to operate a crew on his or her own; or independently.
Work is available from the months of March to December. Snow Removal is available and encouraged in the cold months.
Work will begin between the hours of 7 and 9(depending on light and dew) and last until the day's work is completed. A typical day will end between 3 and 5.
You will consistently be exposed to the heat, cold, wet and/or humid conditions, and must be able to tolerate operating mechanical equipment for long periods of time.
All candidates must have a license, reliable transportation, and are subject to an employer-paid drug-test and criminal background checks.

Most of us have families. We try to have the weekends off to spend with them, unless weather or workload makes it necessary to work. That being said, if you desire extra work, it is almost always available.
