Battlefield Harley-Davidson of Gettysburg is accepting applications for the position of Property and Maintenance Helper. This is a late winter thru fall part-time seasonal position. The position involves working independently and as a team member with other employees under direction of the Property Supervisor. Work will cover a wide variety of projects, events and routine daily maintenance, including building cleaning and maintenance, grounds maintenance and landscaping, assisting with minor construction projects, cleaning motorcycles, moving materials, supplies, motorcycles and equipment, and other duties as assigned. Applicant should be in good physical condition and able to periodically lift heavy objects and work under adverse weather conditions. Position may require the ability to operate company motor vehicles and equipment. Applicant must maintain a valid driver license and insurable driving record and must have the ability to follow verbal directions, read instructions, write, communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers and customers, and have good moral and ethical habits. A valid motorcycle license would be a plus but not required.
