Our growing multi-specialty dental office in Gettysburg is growing and is in need of a part-time marketing coordinator a part-time to potentially full time position. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, creative person that is at the top of their game. If you thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment, then this is the position for you. Some local travel required.
Description:
We are looking for a candidate that is highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to getting tasks done well and on-time while working independently as well as part of a team. A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is a must. Must be available to work on location in our office. May be required to work additional hours in the evening and/or weekends to assist with event coordination and set-up.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable of multi social networking/marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc as well as email marking, online advertising, marketing research, direct mail, etc.
Detail and process-oriented, but still able to work under pressure and within time constraints
Outstanding project management skills and follow-through
Organized, conscientious, resourceful, adaptive, and always looking for the next thing to do; a team player
Write and coordinate press releases as needed
Update content on social media, website, etc.
Develop, maintain and inventory marketing materials and giveaways
Coordination of the production and implementation of marketing materials
Participate in calls, meetings and brainstorming for new marketing programs
Coordinator and assist outside marketing resources
Use practice management software to pull reports as it pertains to marketing
Occasionally assist office dental administrative team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 years experience and/or student perusing a degree in marketing, public relations or communications.
Experience with MS Office applications.
