We are in need of self-motivated, independent Installers to accommodate high end custom millwork projects by installing various forms of cabinetry and millwork.
Positions are long term with a great opportunity for permanent hire.
Job Responsibilities:
Use shop drawings to insure all materials are loaded for delivery.
Manage additional parts necessary to complete installation, including but not limited to extra scribes, backsplashes etc.
Install cabinetry & countertops such as custom reception desks and nurse stations to specifications on drawings provided using sound installation principals.
Work with other journeymen as needed on projects to meet project deadlines.
Assist in teardown and labeling of product for shipping purposes as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a millwork shop environment.
Ability to read shop drawings.
Experience working with plastic laminate, veneer, and solid woods.
Experience with wood and laminate wall panels.
Excellent communications skills.
Must submit to drug test and physical to be considered. Criminal Background Checks and Child Abuse Clearances may also be required depending on the location of the job.
