Hanover Real Estate office looking for a friendly, self-starter to handle reception and administrative duties. We are looking for someone reliable, with a strong personality, that can wear many hats.
We are a family and pet friendly business. The person we hire should be comfortable around children and animals.
This position would be part-time to start (10am-2pm) and become full-time within the next few months.
Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required. Administrative, or office, experience is preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones and Emails
Greeting Clients
Keeping office clean
Data Entry
Weekly audits
Opening mail
Scanning documents for compliance
Filing
Quickbooks
Occasional Event Planning
Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Attention to detail
Compensation would be based on experience.
