Licensed assistant wanted for busy real estate professional.
You must have a real estate license already, and you must have at least 6 months of experience, and have sold at least two homes. Training is available, but I dont want to start from scratch with basic vocabulary.
Must be extremely organized, outgoing, with some decent sales skills, reliable, and energetic.
This would be perfect for someone who loves practicing real estate but needs a steady paycheck. $12 per hour to start, with regular raises and bonuses. Part time to start, with full time potential as we gear up as a team. Part time hours are 11 AM to 5 PM, Mon - Fri. Six hours a day for 5 days. Thats $360 per week as a 1099 independent contractor.
Can you also do your own listings & sales on the side for more income? Yes, as long as you do it outside of paid hours.
